Who is the Tribe?

CenTex Service Tribe is the creation of it’s founder and CEO, Tina Roby.  The Central Texas native has a passion for serving others and refers to those who share this passion as her “Tribe”.  The word “Tribe” refers to people who share a common culture or interest.  The common culture of CenTex Service Tribe, a Child Placing Agency for foster care and adoption, is putting Family First and restoring the Spirit of every child.

The CenTex Service Tribe logo represents the Warrior’s Strength.

To Tina Roby, the Upward-facing Arrow points to the inner Warrior of every child and their innate ability to rise up, overcome the difficult circumstances in their life, and soar like the arrow in free flight.

The Feather wraps the arrow representing the covering of strength to the children we serve.  This strength comes from our childcare professionals who come alongside and help fulfill The Tribe’s mission of teaching our core values: honesty, commitment, compassion, community and integrity.

Bringing these two symbols together – the arrow and the feather – creates the Warrior’s Strength.  The Warrior’s Strength is the spirit to overcome adversity. For CenTex Service Tribe, the Warrior’s Strength produces great courage to “restore the Spirit of every child.
