> In March 2021, it was reported that 237 children slept in CPS offices across Texas due to the lack of beds.
> Texas gained 393 beds for children in FY 2020 but lost 540 beds.
> So far in FY 2021, Texas lost 696 beds but have only gained 112 beds.
